When you give us your mobile number and tick the consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Sukkat Rachamim about the questions you ask us and any order you place. These are customer-care messages: answers, price lists, product photos, order confirmations and delivery updates.

How often

We reply when you message us. If you place an order we will also send confirmation and delivery updates. Message frequency varies with your conversation.

We do not charge for text messages. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.

Stopping messages

Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you. You will get one final message confirming it. Reply START if you want to hear from us again. Reply HELP at any time for help, or call 718-298-3001.

Never a condition of purchase

Agreeing to text messages is never required to buy anything from us. You can always order by calling 718-298-3001 or through sukkatrachamim.com.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your carrier and your handset.

Who answers

Messages may be answered by our automated assistant. Ask for a person at any time and a person will get back to you — we will never keep you talking to a machine.

Privacy
