What we never do

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your messages with anyone for marketing. No third party receives your number for their own use.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We never sell your information to anyone, and we never share it with lead generators.

Who we share it with

Only the services that make the messages work — our messaging provider, our order system (Shopify), and our payment processor when you pay. Each of them handles the minimum needed to do their part.

Card details

We never see or store your card number. Payment details go directly to our payment processor through their own secure form.

Keeping and deleting

We keep your messages and orders for as long as we need them for our records. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless we are required to keep it for tax or accounting reasons.
